Shipping policy

Shipping:

• Free standard shipping is included on all orders (contiguous 48 states).
• White Glove Delivery Service is optional and can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.
• Local Delivery (where available) will be delivered directly by us and does not require a shipping service.
  
• Custom Woodworks for our clients in Michigan and Northern Ohio will be delivered directly by us and does not require a shipping service.

Packaging:

• Product listings will confirm if furniture is shipped assembled or disassembled, whichever is ideal to ensure safest delivery.
• Every disassembled order includes all necessary hardware and step-by-step assembly instructions.

Delivery Requirements:

• We ship to residential and commercial addresses only (no P.O. Boxes).
• Someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment upon delivery.
• Each order is carefully packaged and shipped in the most secure and cost-efficient way possible.
